Common questions
We don’t have a POS. Can we still use it?
Yes. You can import an Excel or CSV file, or use Quick add on your phone: scan a product, type the price, and it is live. This suits catalogues of up to a few hundred products.
We run a petrol-station shop. Who needs to approve it?
Independent station shops can start the same day. If your shop belongs to a network, we can run a one-branch trial and give you a short summary for your head office.
Do customers need mobile data?
They need a connection the first time they open your price checker. After that, the price list is saved on the phone and works with weak or no signal.
