Common questions
Which databases does the agent read?
SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, Access and any database with an ODBC driver, plus Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV, JSON and dBase files. Tell us what your clients run and we will confirm.
Does the agent change anything in the POS?
No. It only reads item names, barcodes and prices and sends the changes to Shelvant. It never writes to the POS.
